Die atmosphärische Musik begleitet die eindrucksvolle Fußreise von Simon Nagl - Fotograf und Cousin des Komponisten - die im Rahmen des Projekts Simons World Photography als emotionales "Dia-Cinema" präsentiert wurde. In stimmungsvollen Klangbildern fängt Pesendorfer die Erlebnisse, Landschaften und inneren Wandlungen dieser Pilgerreise ein und erschafft ein musikalisches Werk, das zum Innehalten und Träumen einlädt.

Der Verlauf des Albums erinnert in seiner Gestaltung an eine vollständige Radiosendung - ein Konzept, das ihm regelmäßige Ausstrahlungen in lokalen Radiostationen eingebracht hat. „Herzensharmonie“ verkörpert authentische Hausmusik, familiäre Verbundenheit und gelebte Volkskultur auf besonders stimmige Weise.
